Collection Name <h1>

This landing page is manually built using a Page template. The Page template supports most homepage section layouts - 40+ in total - including the "Collections List" section seen below. With this section we have the ability to manually select which Collections will display in this grid, unlike the default collections template which displays all collections. The Collection Name (the page title) can be customized, and this content section you're reading is customizable as well (this will likely be used for SEO content). We can include a list of Featured Products (these are coming from catalog by specifying which collection to feature) as well as different promo homepage sections (optional).

The collections grid has a few options: this can display as either a grid or a carousel (mobile & desktop, or grid on desktop and carousel on mobile) and we can control the positioning of the collection title (can be positioned over the thumbnail or below as shown below).

Once this page is built, linking to it from the main nav is easy: rather than linking to a collection, you will link to a page using a page name I will provide.

NOTES:

• These are built and managed manually, meaning each Tier 1 page like this is unique and is custom-built for that specific collection. Time to build the template is relatively quick (about 10 minutes) once we have content and a list of collections to feature
• The thumbnails and titles in the collections list below are coming from catalog (dynamic) and we would need to assign a thumbnail to the collections used in this layout.
• If a collection doesn't have a thumbnail, the first product image in that collection will be used.
• Promotions (Gallery Inserts): since this is a Page and not a collection template, Gallery Inserts will not display in this template, though we do have the ability to add banners and different layouts for promo content - same as the homepage
